Something you should know about our ingredients...

We don't use refined seed oils. Our seed oils are certified organic, cold pressed and food grade to ensure nutritional potency is 100% intact.

• We are against the use of animal based ingredients and animal testing. All our formulas are suitable for Vegetarians, Vegans & they are all Glutan Free.

And the shocking truth about them!...

• NO PARABENS - Considered to be toxic due to accumilated use. We only use COSMOS permitted Preservatives which are also accepted by EcoCert & the Soil Association, our preservatives are as natural as can be. More info >

• NO SYNTHETIC FRAGRANCES - most often associated with serious allergic reactions.

• NO SYNTHETIC COLOURS - very often associated with allergic reactions.

• NO SILICONES - coat the skin, impeding its natural function and over time causing damage.

• NO MINERAL OILS - derived from petroleum, have a tendency to coat and block the skin from breathing which can trigger acne, spots and dermatitis.

• NO PHTHALATES - Scientists have reported these to have a toxic impact on human and animal life.

• NO EDTA (Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, a polyamino carboxylic acid) - doesn't readily biodegrade in nature, it is regarded as a persistant organic pollutant. It is widely used to dissolve limescale. In personal care products, it is added to skincare to improve their stability toward air. 

• NO PROPYLENE GLYCOL - a synthetic glycerine derived from petroleum

• NO CARBOMER - derived from petroleum.

• NO DEA - Linked to health concerns. DEA is diethanolamine, a chemical that is used as a wetting agent in shampoos, lotions, creams and other cosmetics. DEA is used widely. DEA can react with other ingredients in the cosmetic formula to form an extremely potent carcinogen called nitrosodiethanolamine (NDEA). NDEA is readily absorbed through the skin and has been linked with stomach, esophagus, liver and bladder cancers.

• NO SLS (sodium Laural Sulphate) or other harsh detergents. These are known to strip the skin of its natural oils which can lead to reduced sysnthesis of Vitamin D3.

• NO ANIMAL BY PRODUCTS including bees wax.
