Our guarantee & returns policy

 Natural Wisdom is a small (cottage industry) company. Our products are all hand made, hand bottled and hand labelled and packaged by us in the Rivendell Studio and not in a factory by a robot or a machine. This means that there may be very slight variations between batches such as colour and scent due to natural variations between our ingredients and the human hand.

We promise: If you are not completely satisfied with your order we will offer either a refund or exchange providing that goods are returned to us within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. Please feel free to call us on the number at the top of this page with any question or concerns with regards your order.

Please make sure your package has your name, address, order ID number and reason for return/exchange with your returned products and send it to: Natural Wisdom, Rivendell, Slipmill Lane, Hawkhurst, Kent, TN18 5AD

We aim to handle your returns within seven working days of receiving the goods. If the goods are being returned because they were incorrectly supplied, then we will also refund the postage and packaging costs.
