Something you should know about me:

 I have a distinctive natural fragrance because my ingredients have not been bleached, refined or deoderised which would strip away both my aroma and my bioactive properties.

*Shea Nut Butter: Deeply moisturising and abundant in natural antioxidants and phytosterols known to soothe and protect skin. 

*Rosehip Seed Oil: Rich in Retinoic acid, a precurser to Vitamin A, abundant in essential fatty acids, antioxidants & vitamins. Known to be helpful in maintaining healthy skin cell renewal.

*Raspberry Seed Oil: Contains Ellagic acid, abundant in antioxidants, vitamins, plant sterols and essential fatty acids. Has an SPF of between 28-50.

*Pomegranate Seed Oil: Abundant in Punicic acid, an important antioxidant. Contains many antioxidants, vitamins & plant sterols and is known to help protect skin from environmental damage.

Vitamin E (natural): A powerful antioxidant with skin soothing properties. Combined with Vitamin C and Rosemary antioxidant they synergistically enhance each others action & potency.

*Rosemary CO2 Extract: (standardised to 25% phenolic diterpenes). Many times stronger than Vitamin E. We use it to protect our active ingredients and your skin. It has powerful antioxidative, antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties.

*Marigold CO2 Extract: (calendula) contains about 20% faradiol monoesters with proven anti-inflammatory activity. A great skin calmative and restorer with soothing and antiseptic qualitites. 

*Chamomile CO2 Extract: Synergistically enhances the effect of Calendula and visa versa. A great skin calmative and restorer with soothing and antiseptic qualitites. Abundant in Bisabolol known to have gentle anti-inflammatory properties.

*Pomegranate CO2 Extract: A concentrated way of boosting the antioxidant properties of Pomegranate seed oil within the formula. Very concentrated source of Punicic acid & abundant vitamins, essential fatty acids & antioxidants.

*Rosehip CO2 Extract: A concentrated way of boosting the antioxidant properties of Rosehip seed oil within the formula. Very concentrated source of Retinoic acid & abundant vitamins, essential fatty acids & antioxidants.

*Seabuckthorn CO2 Extract: Very rich in a rare plant source of Palmitic acid, known to benefit skin cell renewal. A radioprotective herb due to its powerful antioxidants. Very abundant in carotinoids, vitamins and essential fatty acids. 

*Carrot CO2 Extract: Known to protect the skin from the damaging effects of UVA and UVB radiation. Abundant in natural Vitamin A antioxidants, known to help protect the skin from premature ageing.

*Amaranth CO2 Extract: A rare plant source of natural squalene and incredibly rich in Vit E antioxidants. Helps to improve and maintain skin condition. 

*Jojoba Seed Oil: Contained within our Carrot CO2 extract.  

*Essential Oils of  *Sweet Orange, Frankincense, *Juniper berry.

Absolutely nothing else.

CONSIDERATIONS:

• This is a great winter balm to stop wind, rain & cold damage
• Equally useful in the summer for extra intense moisturising after a bath or swimming.
• In a tight spot it can be used to add gloss & tame frizzy, fly away hair.
• An emergency lip balm & a great soother for dry sore skin due to the Calendula & Chamomile CO2 extracts.

• Apply after cleansing & toning to skin in need of extra intensive care, as often as required

Rosehip & Pomegranate Antioxidant Balm is just wonderful! It makes your skin not only feel beautifully moisturised but also protected in all sorts of weather. It doesn't feel greasy like some balms and i would totally recommend it to all my friends :)

... (Rosehip & Pomegranate Antioxidant Balm) Its very economical and has lasted me all this time!  A little really does go a long way.  I have psoriasis on my face ( between my eyelid and eyebrow ) it gets very bad if I`m worried about anything. Its been bad lately as I`ve been worried about money ( haven't we all lol ) - but its done wonders for me ...and cleared it up!  It really left my skin soft too. I have a patch of sun damage on my face too and I do think that has improved as well...proper wonder product!  Thanks again...

Dear Maeve,

(just to let you know) I have found the Rosehip & Pomegranate Balm wonderful, it has made a great difference to my skin. These last few days I have noticed it even more as my job in a primary school means I have a couple of playground duties each week and I do find this cold, wet weather makes my skin dryer and it hasnt affected me at all, which I believe is from the balm.
