• After Cleansing & Toning & while your skin is still a little damp, apply a small amount of oil (1 to 2 bursts) onto your palm & rub between your hands until spread evenly. Or add a dose to enrich your daily moisturiser.
• Place your hands flat onto your face & gently press the oil over your face & your closed eyes then begin to massage gently but firmly in an upward & outward direction working up from the neck & décolletage over the cheeks & brow using your finger tips to concentrate on areas of tension. Massage any left over into your hands and nail beds.

For best results...

• Our Antioxidant Treatment Oil will do its best work if you regularly exfoliate. This improves absorption by removing the umberella effect of spent skin cells.
  

How to use our Rosehip & Pomegranate Antioxidant Skin Survival™ Balm.

• Like all our products, this product is concentrated and very economical so a little goes a long way. Experiment with the right amount for you. one to two pumps is usually sufficient for the face, neck, décolletage, massaging what ever is left into the hands and nail beds.

• After Cleansing & Toning in the morning & evening, I apply 2 pumps to my face, neck & décolletage. I always rub what is left into my hands & massage my nails.

• I use this Oil more frequently in the summer. Always lightly cleanse  before reapplying.

• Apply after cleansing & toning to skin in need of extra intensive care, as often as required

• This is a very versatile skin survival balm that can save the day in any manner of ways. But a few suggestions will help you get the best from this Balm. Best results are achieved by applying to warm skin just after cleansing.
• Regular exfoliation will maximise absorption of oils & butters into the skin where they help retain hydration & protection.
