How do I return an item?

We're only happy if your happy, so if you experience any problems with your order or your products, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us and we'll do whatever we can to help.

Email and we'll email you back as soon as we can.

If you've bought a product from us and it doesn't suit your skin, you can send it back to us for a full refund including postage. All we ask you to do is send it back in one piece, unbroken. To make this easier please use the original packaging and envelope it arrived in if you still have it. Take it to your local post office within 2 weeks of receiving it and please ask for proof of postage in case anything happens to the product and we don't receive it, if you have proof of postage we will honor the refund happily once we have received a photo of the proof of postage.

If you receive your product and it is damaged or broken, please email us with a photograph as soon as possible and within 12 hours of the parcel being received. We will then either refund you straight away or pop another product in the post depending on your preference.
